A smarter workout

June 5, 2026 · 2 min read · Version 1.2.5

This update doesn't bring a new module. Instead, it deepens what you already use, with a focus on the Workout module. The goal was to make the post-workout summary smarter, let you share routines, and give more context to each exercise. We also rethought how you get to know the modules before subscribing.

The post-workout summary also got smarter, in an almost invisible way: when you beat your routine's targets, it offers to update them in one tap; and when a workout strays from the plan, it compares your performance only against what was actually repeated. Quiet touches that show up only when they should.

Notes on exercises and sets

You can attach short notes, like a form cue, a grip reminder or a bench adjustment, to an exercise as well as to each individual set, inside the routine editor. During the workout they appear in read-only mode: the exercise note right below the name, and the set note as a discreet icon on the rest line. The idea is for the note to be glanced at, not edited in the middle of a set.

Routine sharing

Pro users can now share any saved routine via link or QR code, straight from the routine card menu. The recipient sees a full preview, with exercises, sets and notes, before importing, and custom exercises are recreated automatically on the other end. A new history shows your active links, how many people imported each routine, and lets you revoke a link whenever you want.

See it before you subscribe

We rebuilt the module preview. Instead of static thumbnails, you now step into the real app screens, with sample data, and navigate freely: start a workout, open the analytics, browse a library, read notes.

And more

  • Redesigned note editor, with Simple and Pro modes.
  • Stability: several fixes in the active workout and other areas, making everything more solid. Including a bug that sometimes made it impossible to complete habits offline.

The Workout module features are part of the Pro plan. The preview is open to everyone. Just explore.
